It turns out our new neighbours are going to be Cinnamon and Tina a pair of goats. Wishing to avoid the potential of unpleasant neighbours the next house along bought the block which they will be using to give their pet goats a bigger run.
They are now busy cleaning up the weeds before fencing the block in readiness for the new occupants.
Thats good news, as long as they stay on their side life with the new neighbours should be good.
