We have named our new home "Rose Orchard Haus" because of its roses, fruit trees and that fact that it was owner-built by a German couple who lived here for over 50 years.
Anyone who has followed Burnbrae Journal will know how many times I have tried to grow roses there and find it too shaded for success. Here is it different, lots of roses in lots of different colours so I can choose my colour scheme.
